Today the Los Angeles Lakers is retiring Kobe Bryant’s numbers of 8 and 24. To celebrate, Nike is releasing a special NikeID Air Force 1 Low known as ‘Black Mamba’ when the Lakers take on the Warriors tonight.
As you can see this Nike Air Force 1 Low comes dressed in predominate Black with a Mamba inspired snakeskin used across the uppers. On the heel is both of Kobe’s numbers which are embroidered. Other details includes Yellow accents and eight stars on each tongue which pays tribute to the Lakers titles.
For those that want to purchase the Nike Air Force 1 Low Black Mamba they will be available at Nike.com tonight at tipoff when the Lakers take on the Golden State Warriors at 7:30 PM PST. The Nike Kobe t-shirts will release at 8:24 PM PT at Nike.com and will be available at select retailers in the Los Angeles area.
