We gave you a preview of the Nike Air Force 1 YOTD but today we give you an official first look. Not only is this the Year of the Dragon, but Nike is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Air Force 1.
Nike went above and beyond for both occasions, using satin on the uppers with symbols representing water, reptile scales on the Nike Swoosh, with a dragon head on the tongue. The insole contains a water mural representing the water dragon.
We have seen two types of boxes so far that could come with the Nike Air Force 1 Year of the Dragon Low, a black box with a gold dragon on the top and this new one (pictured below) in white and red with AF1-XXX.
More information on the release and retail price coming soon.
