Officially unveiled at ComplexCon 2024 is the new Nike Air Max 1000. This new model featured modern technology in collaboration with Zellerfeld. The Air Max 1000 features a 3D-printed structure that reimagines the classic Air Max 1.

The Air Max 1000 stands out with its sleek, laceless design and sculptural build. Its upper, crafted using advanced 3D printing, seamlessly blends smooth and textured elements for a bold yet refined look. The smooth finish highlights the toebox and midfoot, while textured sections, inspired by carbon fiber, add depth to the throat, toe cap, and lower overlays. Keeping the focus on its striking silhouette, the branding is minimal, with a subtle debossed Swoosh gracing the lateral side.

The defining element of the Air Max 1000 is its clear Air unit in the heel, a tribute to Nike’s long legacy. Drawing inspiration from the “inside-out” design of Paris’ Centre Georges Pompidou, this shoe reimagines the spirit of Tinker Hatfield’s groundbreaking Air Max 1 concept.

The first colorway to be unveiled comes dressed in all Red. However, additional color options, including Black, Orange, White, and Blue, are on the horizon.

The Nike Air Max 1000 was initially showcased at ComplexCon 2024, and select attendees had the chance to win a pair. As for a wider release, the shoes are expected to launch in Spring 2025 at select Nike Sportswear retailers and online via Nike.com. Currently, the retail price is unknown.
