Nike Sportswear will dress several iconic models in the Michigan Wolverines colors for Spring/Summer 2023. One of those models is the classic Air Max 97. While the color blocking is reminiscent of the school, the shoes will not have any branding.
This Nike Air Max 97 comes dressed in a White, Midnight Navy, and Varsity Maize color combination, a nod to Michigan. Highlighted with White mesh on the base, while Navy and Yellow land on the leather overlays. Next, embroidered mini Swoosh in Yellow appears on the sides and tongues, and Air Max on the heel pull tabs. Other details include White on the midsole and Navy areas on the rubber outsole.
