As rumors continue to swirl, Nike may in-fact be taking us back to 1986 with the re-introduction of the Nike Air Python.
What combines elements of the Air Jordan II (2) upper and the Nike Air Force II (2) midsole and outsole, this nostalgic silhouette quite frankly stands in a lane of its own as a cult classic. We’re almost certain that several OG sneaker collectors are rejoicing from the news! In comparison to the OG model (picture below), this year’s retro (pictured above) will take on a similar construction with white leather uppers, metallic silver accents, grey snakeskin inspired overlays, a black outsole, and OG branding at the tongue and back heel. Will the Nike Air Python retro with OG hangtags? Well, we’ll have to wait and find out about that!
As no release date has been confirmed, let Sneaker Files know is this will be a pick-up of yours soon. Stay tuned for more!
