Amidst all of the Nike Air Trainer 1s being used to commemorate professional athletes’ careers, there lies something bigger to pay homage to. Last week, we showed you Nike’s plans to use the Air Trainer 1 and celebrate the entire city of New York; now, the brand plans to do the same to Los Angeles. Pictured here is a Nike Air Trainer 1 designed to celebrate the great city of Los Angeles. The shoe comes in a blue suede upper with white leather overlays, and boasts a graffiti rendering of the abbreviation “LA” atop a red check on the heel.
