We have found the Nike Air Yeezy 2 Red October for sale. After yesterday’s surprise release caught the sneaker world off guard, many (wealthy) sneakerheads have been clamoring to get their hands on their Red Octobers. However, it seems some eBayers have just gotten out of hand. eBay user B_TooGood listed a photo of his Nike.com checkout cart, filled with his Yeezys, and began an auction. Shortly after, the bidding war had ballooned to a ridiculous price of over $16 MILLION. Following the crazy prices of Drake’s OVO Jordans, it seems as if the most coveted kicks have been coming with quite the steep price tag lately. We can’t guarantee that this auction will actually be paid, or that it will make it to the final listing date, but the listing itself has been verified to be legitimate and not a work of Photoshop expertise.
UPDATE: The listing has since been removed from B_TooGood’s eBay. We are not sure whether the shoes have been sold or not, or at what price, but the lucky buyer surely paid a pretty penny for these after bidding so highly earlier.
