The shady release details surrounding the ‘Carbon Fiber’ Blazer we showed you back in November have finally been worked out, as the model has begun to make its way into storefronts as part of Nike’s Holiday 2009 collection. The sneaker’s black glossy upper has been given the carbon fiber treatment, with light grey accents on the midsole, laces, and quilted lining. Evident through models like this one and the Foamposite Blazer from their Fall collection, it’s nice to see Nike pushing its iconic Blazer silhouette in a more futuristic direction, especially through the use of materials. You can pick up a pair of the sneakers now from select Nike retailers like Standard.
