The Foamposite line will be revived in 2024, with plenty of releases to look forward to. However, the Flightposite is one of the models featuring the material that will also return. In the early 2000s, Nike debuted the Nike Clogposite, a mule iteration of the Flightposite. The idea the brand had was for an off-court shoe that could be easily put on after a pick-up game. For 2024, the model will return to retailers. One of a handful of colorways, the “Black” Nike Clogposite, will be released in Fall 2024.
Upon its initial debut in the early 2000s, the model sat and underperformed. This would lead to Nike pulling them off the shelves. We did see a retro of the model occur in 2014, but now known as the Solo Slide.
Dressed in a Black, White, and Metallic Silver color scheme, we have the Nike Air Flightposite, but it has been cut down, resembling a Croc. The shoes lack the zipper shroud. However, they do come with a neoprene overlay in Black. A mesh ventilation window is placed on the medial side for breathability, while a Metallic Silver shank plate lands on the lateral. White fills in the Swoosh on the liner, while a Black rubber outsole completes the look.
