Yi Jianlian, New Jersey Nets forward and proud Asian man, has been rockin’ this player exclusive pair of Nike Hyperize this season in New Jerusalem. The Nike Basketball shoe features a clear middle, white toe, and varsity blue and deep red accents. If this shoe has taught us anything, it is that we, as polite, law-abiding customers are not to criticize, but “Hyperize” instead. However, I can’t help but scoff at Yi’s decision to jettison sunny Milwaukee for New Jersey, where I’m told all it does is rain . . .
