Nike KD 16 “B.A.D.” Releasing December 2023

The Nike KD 16 “B.A.D.” will be released in December 2023 and is a tribute to Kevin Durant’s late grandmother, Barbara A. Davis.

Kevin Durant is a bad man when he is on the court, but his “B.A.D” series doesn’t represent his playing style. “B.A.D.” stands for Barbara A. Davis, Durant’s late grandmother. This series is one of the newer ones on the KD line, which started on the KD 15. For 2023, Nike Basketball will debut the “B.A.D.” KD 16, which continues the tribute to his grandmother.

This Nike KD 16 comes dressed in a Field Purple and Rush Fuchsia color combination. Utilizing mesh on the base, the entire shoe comes highlighted in light and dark shades of Purple. The right tongue features KD’s logo and the left tongue reads “B.A.D.” The same acronym adorns the Purple insoles, furthering the tribute to his grandma. Other details include 3M reflective pipping and Purple on the midsole and rubber outsole.

Nike kD 16 BAD Release Date

Select retailers have started to release the Nike KD 16 “B.A.D.”. However, a wider launch will take place at select retailers and Nike.com in December 2023. The retail price is $160.
