Nike KD 4 “Year of the Dragon 2.0” Releasing February 2024

In 2012, Nike Basketball and Kevin Durant launched the KD 4 “Year of the Dragon,” which dropped in a Blue color theme. For 2024, the two will release the Nike KD 4 “Year of the Dragon 2.0”, which will come in a brand-new color scheme. This news comes shortly after the announcement of Kevin Durant signing a lifetime deal with Nike, so you can expect more retro colorways to release.

First reported by Kicks Finder on Twitter, we can confirm that Nike Basketball will release the “Year of the Dragon 2.0” KD 4 during Spring 2024.

Twelve years after the first release of this Nike KD 4, we will see a new variation release. This release will celebrate the Chinese zodiac sign, the Year of the Dragon, which will take place in 2024.

This Nike KD 4 comes dressed in a Khaki, Noble Red, Sesame, Cacao Wow, and Gum Yellow color combination. Utilizing Khaki and Sesame across the upper with a ripstop across the base. Across the mid-foot strap is a wood-like pattern with the large Swoosh in Noble Red. Highlighting the shoes is a large Swoosh on the medial side with a dragon intertwined. Other details include KD’s logo on the tongue and heels and a Gum Yellow rubber outsole.
