2011 brought a slew of releases inspired by the Year of the Rabbit, and 2012 is the year of the dragon. Today we have a first look at the Nike KD IV Year of the Dragon.
Starting January 23rd 2012 is the Year of the Dragon ‘Water Element’, bringing in the predominate Green Abyss uppers. The midfoot strap has a wavy blue and black design, another tribute to water. Take a look at the sockliner, which uses blue and orange resembling dragon skin.
The Nike KD 4 Year of the Dragon features a Chinese dragon running through the “KD” at the heel and the inner heel. Orange is placed on the Nike Swoosh, and other hints throughout. As of now, a retail price and release date is unknown, but stay tuned as we will update you once they are available.
