Nike Basketball and the Kobe Bryant line will continue to honor Gigi Bryant with a new “Mambacita” release. Celebrating what would be her 19th birthday, we have the “Mambacita” Nike Kobe 9 EM Protro releasing in May 2025. The line is another pair that will keep Gigi’s and Kobe’s legacy going.
This Nike Kobe 9 features a Black, White, and Metallic Gold color scheme. As you can see, the shoes feature a White to Black gradient on the upper that starts at the toe and ends around the heels. In addition, a marbleized design appears on the midsole and the rubber outsole. Next, we have Gold on the Swoosh and Kobe shield logo. Highlighting the pair, we have “Gigi” in Gold on the heels. Completing the design is Black on the liner and heel counter.
