Call them Wheat or 12th Generation, either way we have new images of the Nike LeBron 12 EXT. Late last night, or early morning depending on where you are located, Afew released the shoes and we watched as they slowly but surely sold out.
Apparently they released the Wheat Nike LeBron 12 EXT too early because now the page says coming soon with a release date of April 4th 2015. So is this the official release date world wide? We are still waiting on confirmation but it is safe to say for now it is.
For those that are just finding out abut the Wheat LeBron 12s, the shoes are inspired by LeBron’s first signature shoe, the Nike Zoom Generation. Nike made an all wheat pair with gold accents since James said he could play in anything including Timberlands. So the brand played off his sense of humor and he would wear them during the Rookie Challenge.
We at least know that the LeBron 12 EXT ‘Wheat’ aka ’12th Generation’ is releasing at Afew on April 4th, but we should find out if the date will stay the same for other shops.
