An unknown Nike LeBron 12 has just appeared which had us scratching our heads. It’s evident they are part of a series due to the emblem on the tongue. You might remember the Thunder Bolt KD 7 we wrote about on Sunday with the same emblem, but we couldn’t make out what is was on.
Due to these detailed images of the LeBron 12, we could tell that the emblem features a lion with wings which is known as a Griffin. We are not up to par on mythological creatures, but reading up on Wiki it says the griffin is “a symbol of divine power and a guardian of the divine.”
Using a metallic silver and grey upper with black accents, a yellow to orange gradient is placed on the swoosh. Yellow is used again on the tongue emblem and heel.
In conclusion, it appears that Nike is going to release a mythological creature pack using their basketball signature members. No word as to when the Griffin Nike LeBron 12 will release but stay tuned.
Note: The nickname of ‘Griffin’ is not official, but after investigating and looking over the shoes, we felt it was proper for now.
