We are sure with time that Nike will start to retro the LeBron line, but when is the real question. It appears that back in 2011 the brand thought about bringing his second signature shoe back. One of the models they tinkered with is the Nike LeBron 2 ‘Beast’ Retro.
Something we traditionally haven’t seen on the LeBron line, nor on the LeBron 2 is the mixture of animal prints, leading to the ‘Beast’ nickname. The base has a Zebra like pattern while the overlays and strap uses a cheetah graphic with faux hair. Other details include red on the branding, black through the midsole, white on the outsole (looks like a cream shade due to age) and finished with gold LeBron emblem down the heel.
Since the ‘Beast’ Nike LeBron 2 is a sample, they are available in a size 9. If you have deep pockets, you can pick them up at Indexpdx for $6,500. On another note, this isn’t the first time that images leaked of a potential Retro of the LeBron 2. Months back you may remember that the Dunkman LeBron 2 emerged which had a different LBJ logo. Although the Beast Sample is 5 years old, it does seem like Nike is toying with the idea of bringing them back.
