French fashion designer Olivier Rousteing known for his work with Balmain is teaming up with Nike to release the Nike Olivier Rousteing Balmain Collection.
This collaboration with Olivier Rousteing marks the second in NikeLab’s Summer of Sport series blends Nike innovation with Rousteing’s creative vision.
“Fashion is usually about the catwalk and the glamour, but with Nike it was about performance and the athletes,” explains Rousteing. “What I love about this collection is that we are integrating the iconic style of football into sport style.”
The collection features a combination of footwear and matching apparel. For the sneakers we have the Nike Footscpae Magista, Nike Free Mercurial Superfly, NikeLab Roshe Tiempo VI and the NikeLab Free Hypervenom 2. Each pair uses a similar theme while dressed in Black and Gold.
The apparel will have the same color scheme of Black and Gold which includes the NikeLab Top x OR and the N98 Jacket x OR.
The Olivier Rousting x NikeLab ‘Football Nouveau’ Collection will release starting on June 2nd, 2016 and will be available at NikeStore.com and NikeLab locations.
