The Nike SB Air Force 1 will launch in 2025. This pair will receive the same treatment as the Nike SB Air Jordan 4 and the Nike SB Air Max 95.
In 2002, Nike Skateboarding transformed the Dunk Low into a skating shoe. While originally built for basketball, by this time, the shoes were for lifestyle use. Following in the Dunks’ footsteps, the Nike Air Force 1 will also be converted into a skate shoe.
The Nike Air Force 1, one of the most iconic sneakers ever, was originally designed by Bruce Kilgore in 1982. Kilgore, a renowned footwear designer, drew inspiration from various sources, including hiking boots and basketball shoes, to create the timeless silhouette of the Air Force 1. With its clean lines, durable construction, and revolutionary air cushioning technology, the Air Force 1 quickly gained popularity both on and off the basketball court. Once considered a performance basketball shoe, nowadays, the pair is for casual wear.
Images of the upcoming SB Air Force 1 have yet to leak. The shoes will most likely be the low-top version, but we have yet to receive 100% confirmation. While we can expect different color options, we have not received the specific blocking.
