Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Navy” Releases April 2025

The Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Navy” is the second colorway of the model to be released by Nike Skateboarding and Jordan Brand. It will be released on March 18, 2025, at skate shops and retail for $225. A second launch will debut in April 2025 via SNKRS.

Nike Skateboarding and Jordan Brand will team up again in 2025 to release the “Navy” Nike SB x Air Jordan 4. The partnership between the two powerhouses began in 2014. At the time, we saw their collaborations arrive on the Nike SB x Air Jordan 1, which included pairs for Lance Mountain, Craig Stecyk, and Eric Koston. The brand dropped a “LA to Chicago” and “NYC to Paris” rendition in 2019.

In 2023, Nike SB and Jordan Brand collaborated on a new model, the Air Jordan 4, and the first color option to debut was the “Pine Green” pair. Upon its debut, the pair instantly sold out, but in recent times, the resell price has gone up substantially. Although they weren’t as limited as some previous pairs, the shoes were available at Jordan Brand retailers and skate shops.

After a few years of speculating if and when the two would connect again, we can confirm that the two brands will come together again in 2025. For their next installment, we have the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Navy” arriving in Spring 2025, making the second pair of SB x AJ4s to be released.

What’s Different on the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4?

For those who are fans of the Air Jordan 4, you can look at the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 and see a big difference. However, there are smaller changes that can go unnoticed. What many will see is the overall shape. Jordan Brand used the original 1989 shape to build the shoes, stating that the shape is better for skaters. This feature would eventually become the standard on all Jordan 4s. In addition, the Wing eyelets are constructed with a rubber compound build to take on the grind that grip tape gives. 

Like most Nike SB shoes, this rendition will have a thicker tongue for comfort. In addition, the forefoot has been slimmed down, and the Air cushioning has been removed. This helps skaters to have a better board feel and overall control. What you may notice is the change in heel branding. Instead of featuring a Jumpman or Nike Air, it will come with Nike SB branding. As for the 2025 “Navy” pair, it hasn’t been confirmed if they will feature a Gum rubber outsole. However, it is included in the color description. Using a Gum sole helps grip.

This Air Jordan 4, in collaboration with Nike SB, will feature a Summit White, White, Navy, Neutral Grey, Gum Yellow, and Varsity Red color scheme. The mock-up shown is not confirmed, and the actual color placement has yet to be confirmed. However, due to the color description, it has a theme similar to its predecessor. Highlighted with Summit White leather on the upper, the shoes feature Grey suede around the toe box. Navy detailing appears under the meth panels and tongues, eyelets, upper midsole, and heels. Speaking of the heels, you can expect Nike SB branding. Other details include a Red Jumpman on the tongues, White midsole, and a Gum rubber outsole.

Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 Navy Release Date

The Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Navy” will be released at select skate shops on March 18th, 2025. Boutiques and Nike.com is expected to launch the pair in April 2025. The retail price is $225. We will keep you in the loop as soon as we have more details.

Update (4/8/25): The “Navy” Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 is expected to launch on April 15th, 2025, via SNKRS. The date has yet to be confirmed, and rumors suggest that Nike may debut the pair through Exclusive Access.
