Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Varsity Red” Releases February 2025

The Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Varsity Red” marks the second collaboration between Jordan Brand and Nike Skateboarding in 2025. Arriving in February 2025, it will retail for $225.

Nike Skateboarding and Jordan Brand are no strangers to collaborating. First connecting in 2014, Nike Skateboarding gives its spin on classic Air Jordans, making them suitable for skating. 2025 will have a few releases between the powerhouses, and the second iteration is the Nike SB x Air Jordan 4 “Varsity Red” iteration that will be available in February.

This marks the third time that Nike SB will collaborate on the Air Jordan 4. The first release was in 2023, in the “Pine Green” colorway. The second pair, known as “Navy”, has yet to be released. However, the shoes will launch in February 2025, alongside the “Varsity Red” rendition.

This Air Jordan 4 is dressed in a Summit White, Varsity Red, and Neutral Grey color scheme. Although the image used is a mock-up, it’s an accurate version of what’s being released. JB and Nike SB will use the exact color placement as the “Pine Green” pair. The upper is highlighted with Summit White leather and Grey suede around the toe. Next, we have Varsity Red detailing on the eyelets, the top part of the midsole, and heel tabs. The Jumpman on the tongue is Red, while Nike SB branding adorns the heels. Other details include a White midsole and a Gum rubber outsole.

Like the other pairs, the “Varsity Red” will feature an updated shape that reflects the 1989 mold. In addition, it will come with a thicker tongue, the forefoot will be slimmed down, and the air cushioning will be removed. The Gum rubber outsole also provides a better grip.
