Possibly celebrating Chinese New Year, Nike Skateboarding will pay tribute to the Year of the Ox with the CNY Nike SB Dunk Low.
Featuring a Metallic Copper, Light Silver, Pueblo Brown, and Metallic Silver color combination. Highlighted with a mixture of materials and textures, including long-hair suede on the right toe, Copper leather on the left toe, Ostrich print on the medial side of the right shoe, and a woodgrain Swoosh on the left. Additionally, each shoe is different, meaning it has a ‘What The’ theme.
As well, different graphics are seen on this Nike SB Dunk Low. Included are feather-like paint strokes and blotches of paint. On the left shoe, by the heel, is a special emblem, while the heel has Chinese characters that translate to ‘to eat.’ This alone has lead to skepticism on this pair being a ‘Chinese New Year’ release.
