Though the month of April has just begun, we are already seeing images of a Cinco de Mayo edition of the Nike SB P-Rod III (3). The May 5th holiday commemorates Mexico’s victory over France in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862; thus, this sneaker hosts a color scheme inspired by Mexico’s flag. This style of Paul Rodriguez’s third signature sneaker yields a green suede upper accented by a white midsole, red and black outsole, white laces, and red hits on the rear. The Nike SB P-Rod III (3) “Cinco de Mayo” will be available for purchase near the end of April.
