One of the new colorways we’ve seen the Nike Zoom Kobe VI unveiled in was the “draft day” colorway that is inspired by the original Charlotte Hornets team colors because of the fact that they had the opportunity to draft Kobe Bryant in 1996. No point in lingering on what could have been, especially not five rings with the Los Angeles Lakers later, but we can remember the event with such commemorative releases as this one.
