Nike Zoom Kobe VII - White/Concord/Black - New Images

Despite the fact that Nike Basketball has yet to officially announce the 7th iteration of Kobe Bryant’s signature shoe, Marqueesole already has them in stock.

The Nike Zoom Kobe VII features a low top design like the previous models, but also contains a bunch of new design features.  Chiefly, the kicks now sport a cushioned cup sole with Zoom Air embedded in the insole of the shoe.  Additionally, a Pro Combat-inspired ankle padding velcro strap/bootie has been added to the mix, giving the VII extra ankle support on par with a high-top without adding the extra bulk.

How does the new design stack up against the likes of the IV, V, and VI?  Stay tuned to SneakerFiles as more info becomes available on the brand new Kobe signature.

  1. although somewhat simplistic, i like the design of the upper. however the midsole completely contrasts with numerous hard angles, which i do not like as much. one feature i do really look forward to checking out is the zoom air embedded into the insole. the last time that nike did this with a basketball shoe that i am aware of was the zoom lebron IV. although most did not like the shoe because of it’s bulk and weight. i LOVED it because of the double zoom in built into the insole. hands down one of the most comfortable shoes i’ve EVER played in. only shoes that were even close were the AJ XII, the AJ XIX, Nike Air Zoom BB (and BBII).

can’t wait to see how this newest itteration of the AZK line stacks up!

  2. this is the suprreme version..i will take the lighter version aka zoom air without the sockliner as in the sample of the black/ white midsole version we saw earlier..will cop that shoe! real talk!
