A little while ago, we featured an article on this pair of Zoom Lebron VI’s shown above whichis heavily influenced by James’ performance against the Knicks on March 5th, 2008. These are now available at retailers across the country and buyers are pleased to note the quality of this pair is exceptional and the time Nike put into this sneaker is truly evident. On this pair, there a few unique details that we rarely see on sneakers such as a date and a player’s statline. This colorway of the Zoom Lebron VI features the numbers, 50-10-08, on the tongue and the numbers, 3/5/08, on the heel. The first of these sets of numbers represents Lebron James’ exceptional game in New York in which he scored 50 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished 8 assists. The second set represents the date on which this event occurred, March 5, 2008. Including a blue upper, a white toebox and a white swoosh, this colorway is pretty simple, but the elegance of this pair lies in the details. You can pick up your pair now at Eastbay.

  1. Sneakerfiles, To my knowledge these are the standard White/Blue colorway.

The Yankees that are featured with March 5, 2008 and the 50-10-08 toung are similar but the inside is different. Not to mention the tongue does not read VI like the standards but actually spells out 'The Six'

  2. I could be wrong, they are strikingly similar but worth looking into before buying. Eastbay has been getting pictures wrong, they still print the sample Lebron 6 in their magazines ads whereas the zoom lebron 6 as we all know is the boot looking one like above only red/black/white.
