The Off-White x Air Jordan 1 ‘Canary Yellow’ was first seen at Virgil Abloh’s ‘Figures of Speech’ exhibition, which took place at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art, also known as MCA.
Initially, the pair was rumored to release in 2020, but we were able to confirm that would not be the case. Now, new rumors are circulating that the pair could debut sometime in 2021.
This Air Jordan 1 by Off-White comes highlighted in White and Yellow while utilizing the same deconstructed build, stitched Swoosh logo, and exposed foam. They also come with a Black zip-tie that reads ‘Off-White C/O Nike C. 2020 ZIP TIE’. This is the reason many believe a release will take place next year.
Mesh is then applied to the upper, while both leather and suede materials are used throughout. Following, we have ‘Nike Air’ branding on the tongue labels, ‘Shoelaces’ across the laces, and ‘AIR’ on the midsole. Finishing the look, we have an Orange label and Blue stitching on the Swoosh.
