And it seems as though something similar has happened with the Vans crew and Washington DC-based Palace 5ive. Fresh off a collaboration with In4mation, Vans now teams up with the DC shop Palace 5ive and has prepared a speciail edition, holiday season Sk8-High Vert-Pro. This shoe’s upper is covered in blue mesh, while the third lace hole from the top actually comes in the form of a hex nut. A pair of complementary blue wax shoe laces comes along with a traditional set of white ones, and white contrast stitching is seen throughout the entire white sole. This shoe is finished off with a classic all-white sole and has been limited to 200 pairs worldwide. It drops this Saturday, December 12 at the Palace 5ive shop and their online site.
