As Reebok Basketball launched the Reebok Pumpspective Omni and Reebok Q96 this past Friday at the Barclays Center during the Nets vs. Heat game, we felt it was only right to bring you more of what you didn’t see during that night’s event.
While stars like Fabolous, Jadakiss, and reporter/rapper Sway Calloway lined the building, the night was a true testament to Allen Iverson and his contributions to the brand and game. Speaking of which, the event’s guests were treated to an exclusive look behind the inspiration of the Reebok Pumpspective Omni and Reebok Q96 models. As displayed in the new images below, these heritage-inspired basketball models take after nostalgic styles like the Dee Brown-endorsed Reebok Pump Omni Light, Reebok Shaq Attaq, and Reebok Question Mid.
Not only were the kicks a highlight of the night, but legendary high school basketball coach Bob Hurley and seniors, Tarin Smith and Chedti Mosley from St. Anthony High School were in the house for the festivities. Take a close look, you’ll even spot a St. Anthony-inspired Reebok Q96 colorway that players will wear during their upcoming season.
Enjoy additional photos of the Reebok Basketball launch below and look for the Reebok Pumpspective Omni and Reebok Q96 in stores now at a retail price of $125 and $115, respectively.
