UNC brought MJ great success including winning College Player of the Year for the 1983-1984 season, but the most important aspect was the fact that college gave Michael Jordan the tools and skills necessary to become one of the greatest basketball players to ever live. Jordan is always giving credit back to his alma mater by releasing sneakers in recognition of all that the University of North Carolina did for him. This pair of Air Jordan XX3 features a colorway similar to the school colors of UNC including the utilization of the popular University Blue color on the midsole and ankle area.
