A week ago, we gave you a look at a sample of another Nike signature shoe dipped in denim, this time the Nike Zoom Revis, the signature sneaker of cornerback extraordinaire Darrell Revis. Well, it looks like the shoe will be releasing after all, and soon.
The Nike Zoom Revis “Denim”, a shoe that pays homage to Revis’ high school and college alma maters (Aliquippa and University of Pittsburg, respectively), is set for an ultra-limited June 15th release, making this week yet another crazy release week for the Swoosh Set (remember, the Nike KD V Premium “WTKD”, also an extremely limited drop, is releasing on the 14th). The shoe features a blue denim upper with gold accents, meant to show love to Pitt’s school colors, while a tag on the insole shows love to Aliquippa High, the school where he made his mark as a dual-sport athlete. A white midsole and gum outsole with volt accents wraps things up.
Will you be trying to cop this release this weekend at Nike.com? Waiting for the Nike Lebron X “Denim” to drop for your denim fix? With a reported 224 pairs in existence (each pair is individually numbered), expect the Zoom Revis “Denim” to be an extremely difficult shoe to get a hold of. Let us know what you think about this pair in the comments below, and hit the jump for a few more pics.
