Amidst the plethora of releases set to bombard retail shelves tomorrow, sneakerheads will see Jordan Brands latest hybrid sensation drop in two new colorways.
The Air Jordan 1 ’93 will be arriving in both the “Playoffs” & “Electric Green” colorways in just 24hrs. Picking up where its “Bugs” Air Jordan 1 ’93 counterpart left off, the “Playoffs” version borrows pieces from the iconic AJVIII silhouette. From the tongue badge to its inner lining, this pair of AJ1 ’93 serves as a great build up to the retro release of its AJVIII muse on June 15th.
On the other hand, the “Electric Green” edition doesn’t exactly show any clear signs of being linked to a specific pair of the AJVIII. Though they sport an AJVIII-like badge on the tongue, this particular pair mixes a white and grey toned upper with vibrant splashes off color thrown in the mix. The red laces along with the addition of the funky electric green coloring pushes this pair of Air Jordan 1 ’93’s into a design class all its own.
Keep reading after the jump to get a better view of both pairs of the Air Jordan 1 ’93’s that are set to hit retail tomorrow. Let us know which pair you sneakerheads think will come out on top in their head to head retail battle.
