With the Concord Air Jordan retro XI craze in full effect and even heightening, it could be rather easy to overlook some other Jordan Brand releases worthy of our attention (and dollars). One of those is the “Black Flip” Air Jordan retro III that drops from Jordan Brand carriers tomorrow, December 3rd. Thess will retail in adult sizes for a whopping $170 so there will be a lot of decisions to make for this always-expensive month of December.

  5. $175 is too much at this point in my life for sneaks. I have the White Flips from a few years ago. I’ll survive. Would’ve bought at $125.

  9. Sorry Pat, that, $175 is too much at this point in my life for rubber, and leather. I used to solely buy J’s with proceeds of living the life. Now that I work hard 9-5 for my dough, I can’t rationalize it. If you wanna give me your black flips, I’ll gladly rock em. I think having a budget and recognizing that sneakers that cost 20 bucks to make aren’t worth that to me anymore, is showing backbone, moron.

    1. showing backbone? im not sure it shows backbone its more like if they were 125 u say u’d buy them if they too much then they too much. but u still on here looking at them, get ya money up and you could buy whatever you want i have a 9-5 and a 5 year old son that probably has more sneakers in the closet than some ppl on here…so a budget is right…a lil aside here and there and in time you’ll have enough to get what you want…its called realizing that having the lights on is more important than shoes…some of these knuckleheads still live wit mommy and daddy so they can blow their part time check on sneaks and then beg mom for 5 bux for lunch…i feel you onbustin ya butt at work but i am and probably always will be a sneaker addict…BAD THING IS FOR MY SONS SMALL FOOT it probably cost jordan 5 bux to make and hes charging 70 bux for a shoe that will fit him for a year if im lucky…75 dollars for toddler shoes is bugged out jordan should think of that

      1. Na G, I hear ya. To me, Js hitting this 175 price is just nonsense. 1/15th of my mortgage payment. I have a lot of expensive hobbies. If all Js were $125 like most general release retros were a few years ago, I’d be with it. But the fact that they have a leather sock liner and insole doesn’t equate to 50 more dollars. If I really wanted the flips, I couldve copped, shoot I could’ve sold 1 of the 30 DS pairs of kicks I got. But life just gets it’s priorities. Enjoy your kicks homie.
