Who all got their Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” sneakers this past Saturday? Go ahead and break those babies in today, you know want to! While you stunt on them haters, we’re going to take a look at a new limited edition canvas art project from ABOVE AVRGE, which were inspired by the AJ6 “Carmine,” and the greatest to ever play the game.
The “Sky’s The Limit ’91” canvas print by ABOVE AVRGE depicts a Carmine-laced player flying through roses and petals, along with champagne bottles and more. If you’re a real Michael Jordan fan, then one glance at this painting will automatically trigger thoughts of MJ in your head. The throwback cap with “BULLS 91” screen across the front confirm the MJ influences, but with the help of images of cigars and playoff rings help clarify things for those out of the loop. The rather victorious tone of the canvas print is highlighted by the inclusion of every winner’s favorite accessory; a golden trophy.
Popping bottles and smoking cigars might not seem like the best lifestyle choices for an NBA athelete, but when you’re Jordan and you stay winning, you gotta cut loose and celebrate every now and then. ABOVE AVRGE has been creating amazing pieces of art that are dedicated to Jordan, and we’re loving this latest project from him! Give him a follow on Instagram, and check out some of his other artwork on his online shop!
