Spike Lee played a huge part during the 1980s when it came to promoting the Air Jordan line. Playing the part of Mars Blackmon which is a character from the film ‘She’s Gotta Have It’ from 1986, his role extended into Air Jordan commercials. Since then, we have seen numberers releases inspired by Spike Lee and his lead character and you can expect another one to come.
Spike Lee recently shared that an upcoming Air Jordan would release as a quickstrike on June 16th which is this Friday. He shared an image which displays the model have a Blue base with the iconic Mars logo with his infamous Brooklyn cycling hat.
