Vans is expanding on their ComfyCush series by connecting with San Francisco retailer The Darkside Initiative to release a new pack.
Included in the collection is the Vans SK8-Hi and the Old Skool. Each pair comes dressed in Black and Orange which is inspired by the Philadelphia Flyers. Specifically, this shoe connects to Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins who said “Didn’t Like Any Guy On Their Team”. This is when in Game 4 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Flyers wore shirts that said “We Don’t Like You Either”, which can be seen written on the heels. Other highlights includes a White rubber midsole while Orange covers the outsole.
The Darkside Initiative Vans SK8-Hi + Old Skool Release Date
For those that are interested in The Darkside Initiative x Vans Vault ComfyCush LX Pack, they are set to release on February 16th at TDI’s shop located in San Francisco as well as online at their website.
