The Air Jordan 4 “Undefeated” 2005 was released on June 23, 2005, and retailed for $200. Limited to 72 pairs, UNDFTD was the first sneaker boutique to collaborate with Jordan Brand. Inspired by the MA-1 Flight jacket, the shoes are among the rarest Jordan 4s.
Air Jordan 4 Undefeated 2005 History
The Undefeated x Air Jordan 4 Retro is one of the most sought after pairs of Air Jordans to ever be created. Not to look over the original releases, the UNDFTD Jordan 4 was released in June 2005.
There were three ways to obtain 1 of 72 pairs. The first was an in-store raffle. Undefeated also held an online auction. The last way to get a pair is if you are friends and family of the boutique.
Dressed in an Olive, Oiled Suede, and Flight Satin color scheme. Highlighted with military vibes, the shoes are inspired by the MA-1 Flight jacket. It utilizes Olive nubuck across the upper with Black and Orange accents throughout. The tongue has a removable Jumpman patch, which only a handful of Air Jordans have. Undefeated branding appears on the inside of the tongue, replacing the upside down “Air Jordan,” and Black Jumpmans are placed on the heels. A Sail midsole and Black outsole completes the design. The shoes also came with a bag in collaboration with incase.
