If you followed the release of the “Photo Blue” Air Jordan IX, then all of you sneakerheads know all about the madness that ensued. By madness, we mean the release of the “Photo Blue” and its factory B-grad turned release “Black Bottom” counterpart.
Well apparently, theres yet another twist to this incredible Air Jordan IX story. This new twist comes in the form of a pair of Photo Blue Patent Leather/Black Air Jordan IX’s. Sporting a slick black nubuck upper with a punchy touch of photo blue patent leather, this pair of samples definitely would have been a great fit in the “Kilroy Pack” had they ever seen the light of day.
Though this pair of kicks is just a mere sample, one can only imagine what could have been if the folks over at Jordan Brand would have given these the green light. Keep reading after the jump to get a better look at this Photo Blue Patent Leather/Black pair of Air Jordan IX’s and let us know how you feel about these kicks. SHould they have been released? Or are they better off being left on the cutting room floor?
