The Vans 106 is a simple low-top model that is neither extremely popular nor hugely unique, but is still nonetheless a solid skate sneaker. For their Winter 2009 collection, Vans is releasing the 106 in two simple tonal colorways. The first style hosts a purple upper with a white mid-sole, white laces, and white inner lining, while the second pair yields a brown upper with similar white accents. Both variations feature corduroy on the sidepanels while suede can be found on the tongue and toebox. Both versions of the “Corduroy” Vans 106 will be available in Winter ’09.
