Vans Vault has teamed up with Italian luxury footwear label Diemme to create a new take on the Buffalo Boot for Fall/Winter 2012 – the Buffalo Boot LX.
International footwear brands Vans and Diemme launch a multi-season partnership with the release of the Vault by Vans x Diemme Buffalo Boot LX this November. Italian craftsmanship meets California skate heritage as Diemme’s sophisticated materials and perfected handmade techniques are applied to a classic mid-top from Vans. Diemme presents the Buffalo Boot in an outdoor aesthetic inspired by their own Roccia Vet silhouette, rebuilding the vulcanized model with welted construction methods. Waterproof suede uppers, gusseted tongue, Vibram outsole, metal hardware and heavy duty hiker laces are utilized in this collaborative redesign for complete protection against the elements. Finished off with debossed co-branding, the Vault by Vans x Diemme Buffalo Boot LX ships this month in root and black/mouton offerings. Look for more Vault projects with Diemme in spring 2013.
