Come July the Olympic Air Jordan 6 will make a return and in Sneaker Files fashion, we show you an early yet detailed look at whats to come.

The Olympic Jordan 6 originally released in 2000 for the Sydney Olympic Games, but the 2012 Olympic Air Jordan VI retro doesn’t see much change except for the blue tint to the sole and outsole. For those that don’t know, Jordan Brand started using a blue tint to their models with a translucent sole, with many believing to combat yellowing.

Using tumbled leather on the uppers, elastic perforated tongue, and transparent sole. The official colorway for the 2012 Air Jordan 6 Olympic is White/Midnight Navy-Varsity Red.

Releasing July 7th 2012 with a retail price of $160. You can buy a pair early at KickSole.com.

  3. Why pay hard earned extra cash for a shoe that you will be able to easily buy on release day. Does it really matter except to celebrities to get the shoe before everyone else. Most people aren’t gonna give a shit anyways, and they’re gonna question how much did you pay extra for those.
