What do you get when you combine all the animal series Nike Kobe 7’s together? You get the “What The Kobe“.
Each What the Kobe Nike Kobe 7 is unique with color placement and animal print/scales.
For those that don’t know, a total of 5 animals are used; snake, shark, cheetah, poison dart frog and wolf. The inspiration for this came from Kobe Bryant’s playing style. It is said (by himself and Nike) that he takes characteristics from each animal.
Using bright colors, the Nike Kobe VII “What the Kobe” uses cheetah and poison dart print on the uppers, shark scales and snake scales in various locations and wolf fur pattern towards the heel. Both shoes use a unique set of laces; yellow with orange and purple with turquoise. Even down to the heel is a mixture of all 5 animals.
